Payment details are arranged directly between you and Yeshambel after the initial consultation. We typically accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and bank transfer. A 30% deposit is usually required to begin work.
Absolutely. Yeshambel sends progress photos and updates throughout the carving process so you always know how your piece is coming along. You can also request updates at any time.
Your satisfaction matters. If the piece doesn't match what was agreed upon, Yeshambel will work with you to make it right. We take pride in every commission and won't consider the work complete until you are happy.
Yes! Portraits from photos are one of the most popular commissions. Simply provide a clear, high-resolution photo and describe the style you prefer. The more detail you share, the better the result.
